I'm running Outlook 2011 on a Macbook Pro OSX 10.9.2, with MS Live and Hotmail email accounts.   My system was working fine, until it wasn't... right around the time I updated to Mavericks.   I receive email as usual and sometimes send without problems, but my emails regularly get stuck in my outbox.  I have to reboot the computer, restart Outlook, and then they will all send.   I don't have a lot of complicated or competing apps installed, but I do run HyperDock. I should mention that this is happening with Mail as well, though not as often.  I use a Hotmail account with Mail.  Any information would be much appreciated!
