Last week, I started to receive delivery failure messages for two of my regular contacts. They use the same ISP. They have contacted their ISP who says it is a problem at the Hotmail end. The failure message says "unable to connect successfully to the
destination mail server". This has only just started happening, and there have been no known changes at either end. Why is this happening?
