When viewing some Outlook.com email messages with embedded HTML images within Windows 8.1 RT's Mail app, I get a "There was a problem downloading images." error in red text above the message's Subject line. The emails appear normal though (no red "X"s or the like).

For example, receiving an email from "*** Email address is removed for privacy ***" displays the error.

I am experiencing this issue on a Surface 2 using Outlook.com as my email service.
