I have some issues with the Outlook.com app for Android. The initial configuration works well (2-step verification) and in the "Apps and Services" list of my Microsoft account I find that the Outlook.com app had "today" access to my account. However, the app afterwards does not show me neither any of my emails nor my personal folders. When I try to send emails they are not sent but stay for eternity in the outbox.
I'm using in the meantime the predecessor Hotmail.com app which works perfectly without any problems (but has unfortunately no search feature for emails) and also the K-9 mail app for Android shows no issues.
Questions:
- I deleted and re-installed the app several times within the past weeks, but it always failed. Any ideas how to solve the problem?
- I understand that the Outlook.com app has a built in debug/loggin feature. Is there an address I can send this reports to?
Thanks a lot for your support!
Cheers, Mike
