I am using an outlook.com account.  I have the outlook.com app from the Google Play store installed on my Android phone.  My contacts won't sync between my outlook.com account and my Android phone.  I thought having the outlook.com app installed that my contacts would sync with the outlook.com website.  My calendar syncs just fine.  Why won't my contacts sync?
