I enabled two step authentication on my Outlook.com email address and it keeps asking for a security code every time I login from my laptop. I checked off "I sign in to frequently on this device. Don't ask me for a code." But it still does.

I think part of my problem is I run my browser blocking most cookies. I manually type in the cookies for the sites I want. Some I allow permanently some I allow for a session. Most of the cookies related to mail i allow only for a session. Which cookies should i keep if this is the problem?
