Finally I removed Outlook .com from my phone altogether, and have since changed my outlook password twice.  Now I keep getting a message when I sign into my outlook account on my PC that I have tried to use the wrong password too many times and it makes me use a second verification using the symbols and letters.

The problem is I have NOT signed in with the incorrect password at all.  So why am I getting this message?  Is someone else trying to access my account and is that why I keep having to sign into this dual verification?  It is really getting old.  I am thinking of shutting it down completely.
