I have been using the email account oulook.com provided by university for more than a year now but since September this year I have not been able to access the account. I have been told that other students are experiencing the same problem and no one
is able to assist. My mom also tried accessing her account and she cant get in. I have tried changing the password but it hasnt helped. This is the msg that comes up:
