Received " call us overprotective" prompt after logging into my Hotmail account, when I continue for a verification code to be sent to the secondary e-mail, it says "a verification code has been sent to am***************@Hotmail.com but I never receive any notification on that e-mail address, to be able to continue. As I need t access this account regularly, I skipped the process after waiting a time for the verification e-mail but now I have 5 days remaining to conduct this requested activity This account is used regularly, and would prefer to have this resolved before it is blocked, causing me the inconvenience of not been able to function my business in the usual way.
