I set up my Outlook.com account to automatically forward to another of my email accounts but it doesn't send the email.

It even shows this line at the bottom of the screen:
Your mail is being forwarded to another email address. To stop forwarding your mail, go to Options. MANAGE CLOSE

I set it up yesterday and have double checked to make sure everything is spelled correctly on the email address several times.

Is it because this is a new Outlook.com account? How long does it take for the forwarding to start working? Please advise.
