Searches of inbox and other folders usually result in this message: "There was a problem with the Outlook service (a temporary network connectivity issue that has nothing to do with your computer). Please try again. If you keep seeing this message, go to Service status to check if there's a problem with Outlook." Service status is always "normal", an obvious false statement. So... this has been going on for months now. Multiple computers with all kinds of browsers at many locations have been tried. This confirms the problem is in microsoft's servers or network. Microsoft techs promised in private messages an investigation that has apparently not happened... empty promises are not helpful. My inbox is ballooning, without the ability to search and delete in bulk I can not stay ahead of it. I pay for this email. I have been on microsoft's system for over 15 years. This is not acceptable. Is there anyone out there with a Helpful suggestion (other than changing my email to another carrier or filing lawsuits) ??? Please comment if you've ever had this problem.
