I was on a long vacation in Europe and my Outlook account (formerly Hotmail) asked for a security code to give me access and/or to confirm my second email address where they would send a code for me to use. I was not able to use that account while away, so I clicked on the option that said in effect "I no longer use the account".

Now it looks like I cannot send or receive any email on my MSN (Outlook) account.

How can it be fixed?
