Hello, my email account has been locked, i have been asked by microsoft to complete a validation form in order to access my email account i have now completed three of these forms each time i get an automated response stating the form was not fully completed, however much of the form is irrelevant such as billing information. If anyone has any help on this it would be much appreciated as i need to access my emails
