I have had to take my pc back to factory settings and although much is now ok I cannot access my Windows Live email.  so I installed Outlook Express.  It tells me I am installed but wont allow me to log in.  It asks for a Microsoft ID which I don't know.  Help!!!  I am loads of emails but I cannot get to them
