The delete of folders should be a easy function....  HOWEVER,  When I select a folder in outlook.com and select Delete folder. -

It deletes the folder for a couple seconds...  then the folder reappears and a message comes up on the top of the screen:  Folder could not be deleted.

What is happening....   ?  Why?   is there an online program bug?  What can I do... short of closing the account to fix this?  which I don't want to do....

I am using a Microsoft Surface Pro tablet with Windows 8 Professional....  This is a full blown computer.....
