My blue outlook icon jumps on and off my task bar.  When it is on there, as it is now, it will not work.  It appears to be dead.  Is there a way to get it to work or must I use my Gmail instead?   It started this behavior when I went to use SkyDrive.  I will not use SkyDrive again, I can assure you.
