With rebooting the system, reloading the operating system, cleaning cache, temporary files, etc I find that Outlook is crashing multiple times

usually in the evening when high usages are expected.  Since the possible reasons given and the reporting to Microsoft still appears it is not

known if the failure is an Outlook problem or a connectivity problem.  If the latter, is Microsoft's Outlook simply over-taxed at particular times?
