I cannot receive emails from my Outlook.Com, I can only send. I am having this issue on all my devices, tablets, phone, pc's, etc... They use various wifi accounts and they all stopped working yesterday. It is not a setup issue, but a Microsoft issue.
I spent 30 minutes on the phone with support with them finally saying there is no support for Outlook.Com. WHAT!!! This is my primary account and I have my entire life built around this account. I have been using email for 20 years, still have my original
AOL account, this is the first time in twenty years that this has happened. This is a black eye for Microsoft and saying you have no support is unacceptable when people's entire lives are tied to their email accounts. Microsoft You Need To Find A Solution
