outlook not working again! very disappointed this never happened when it was hotmail! considering changing email programs!!!

Outlook is junk by comparison to hotmail! I may have to change email programs! Outlook not working at all AGAIN, this happens way too OFTEN! very unsatisfied with outlook!!!
