My son downloaded Skype (for mobile), and when we went to log in using his "microsoft" outlook account it said the password was incorrect. So I went to Outlook.com (on a pc) and I reset the password to the one I thought it was, only to get an error message saying you can't use one you've already used. So I made a small change, and it said the change was successful, however when I tried to sign in to check it was ok, I am getting password incorrect message AGAIN. What the heck is going on? not impressed
