When we sign in we see the following:
You've tried to sign in too many times with an incorrect email address or password.
We are convinced we used the correct email and password combination, it is our primary company email we use everyday to communicate with clients. We followed the 'Can't access your account?' link and filled in the form twice, the 2nd time taking care to
fill in as much detail as possible. But each request was rejected. We have filled in as much information as possible.
We need our account back! We are using our web designers MS Account and email to raise this problem and are happy to answer as many questions as we can to move the process forward.
