At one time, all of my email would sync with my mobile devices as it was on Outlook.com. Now, it no longer syncs. All my email gets dropped in a single folder on all devices and appears to need to be managed separately on each device. For example, if I move an email to trash on Outlook.com, the item still remains unread in the inbox of my mobile devices. I thought it might be a MAPI setting on Outlook.com or on my devices, but no settings seem to exist. My mobile devices are Windows Phone 8 and an iPad mini.  What am I missing?
