For the last week now I keep correcting my name on the Outlook Web App.  The next day I log in and it's back to anther name, not even close. Keeps changing from "Pat Glenn" to "Percy Glenn (12278445)" every day.

It also keeps deleting my contact information.  

Why is this happening, at first I thought someone figured out my password; so I changed it. 

But it still happening. Any help appreciated.
