Earlier today, Sunday, August 4, 2013 I lost the ability to receive any emails into my "hotmail" account. I have checked settings, blocked senders, etc. and all seem to be normal. I found the option to "forward" my incoming emails to another email account
which seems to work. I have tested in IE, FireFox, different computers, iPhone, iPad and the behavior is the same; emails are not coming into the "hotmail" account. I have checked throughout the day; removing the "forward" option from time to time, testing,
then resetting the "forward" option as no test messages (even sent from my hotmail account to myself) are received. Has my account been hacked? My antivirus is up-to-date, I do not spend alot of time browsing on the Internet or open emails from unknown parties.
