hello i have windows 10 and running verzion fios.  i like windows live mail and i can receive mail but cannot send.  i get a error ox800cccoe.  how can i fix it .  my outgoing smtp is 25 and my incoming is 993.  also on the top of my live program is says work offlive with a x on the globe.  i cannot take this anymore please help
