Trying to get help with a Live Agent - I pressed the Control + Windows Logo + Q but it's asking for security code. How does the Microsoft support agent give you a security code? Via text, email, etc??

Hello everyone, hope all of you are keeping by by the grace of Almighty. I am a Windows user from Bangladesh and today I am facing a problem of Windows File Explorer.My problem is I can't see the option of open in Windows Terminal in a particular file folder. I have given an example of my friend's Laptop.But in my laptop, in Windows File Explorer there is not an option of open in Windows Terminal. How can I solve this ? Please tell me a process of solving it.Here is the photo of my Windows File Explorer.

The Windows 10 pre-installed video editor app does not play sound in the preview. When I go into custom audio and add a sound, I can play the audio from the list, but when I click play on the preview, the sound doesn't play. If I click done and go to the main page and play it from there, it still doesn't work. My headphones work fine. Please help.Edit: restarting the app worked.
I have recently switched to a newer desktop PC running Windows 10 Pro. I have reinstalled all my software and data. There is two odd things about Hotmail accounts on Windows Live Mail 2012. The first is an improvement in that, on my previous PC, sent items always appeared twice in the Sent folder - this is a known oddity for which there are explanations given which I don't fully understand. Gmail did warn 2 factor authentication was starting thenI can still login to my Gmail account but I much prefer WLM - for example easier sorting of folders by date, from, subject, size etc. you cannot do this with Gmail

Requesting help, as I forgot my password to unlock my computer. Luckily enough I am able to access it as per my PIN number. However would like to change my password, but I am unable to do so as there is no box mentioning forgot password, simply the change option. Help required. Thank you
