Question about Outlook Express

I am unable to send/receive messages in Windows Live Mail despite help from Microsoft and AT&T. Why and how can this be fixed?* Moved from Community Participation Center

I can no longer see any of my older emails from "Australia Post" more than one month old. Is there an easy fix ? I'm trying to tract down parcels not received so need to see my older emails.Please helpKaren from Australia

The inbox has disappeared on my windows live mail 11 running on Windows 8.1. I've attempted to change compact view, but I don't get an underlying Browse option as I've read about elsewhere.. Please help !

When writing emails, the text tends to overlap the edge of the panel before wrapping over to the next line, some of the previous line still cut off when the left pane is expanded, or causes the pane to bounce forward and back to display text overflow. Is there a way to set it to wrap to whatever width the pane is in the manner of Notepad text-wrap?P.s. I can't work out how to categorise this question correctly.
