Question about Outlook Express

This happens when I send an email from my gmail address.

Then when I want to look at it later; I find it in the sent mail folder but the body is blank. However when I login to Gmail online and check the sent folder the email still contains the text. I could attach an example of it there was an attachment utility here. 

Therefore I can only demonstrate this by copy and pasting here the email copies as saved in the sent folder in Windows mail vs the same email I retrieved from the sent folder on Gmail on the browser:

As you can see the body of  the email text is not available in Windows.

Furthermore and more worryingly sometimes the email is not even sent through gmail SMTP server and later on I have noticed that there is no trace of it. 1st few times I thought I had made a mistake but then I kept checking until I found out that there were actually emails that were never sent and no trace of them anywhere as if they were deleted.

Obviously I can't show you an evidence of it but it definitely happens.

I have noticed similar but not as comprehensive questions by other users on this topic. I hope this is not Microsoft's way of forcing users to abadon Gmail for the sake of an account in Outlook although I already have a hotmail account with Mircrosoft.

Can you please fix this because it is really annoying and I have lost several much longer emails than this.

I have been using Movie Maker for years with no problems. Until a few days ago I got the message that Movie Maker was not closed correctly and I had to reinstall the last project. I am familiar with this reporting and after reinstalling a project I kept getting the images back. Not now, however. I got a gray toolbar with no picture and sound. When I closed the project, the message that I closed correctly kept coming back. I was able to load a new film fragment and I could save the project again under the same name. If I then wanted to open a new project without closing Movie Maker, the program stopped responding and I had to close it via Close window. Being in a vicious cycle, I removed Movie maker and reinstalled it assuming an error had occurred in the program.

Unfortunately. After the new installation, the problem persists. I insert a new clip into a project with only gray image and no sound, and overwrite the existing name of that project and it works fine. If I open it without closing the program, I get a message back that the Movie Maker was not closed correctly and I have to install the project again. If I do that, I get images and sound. If I close the program, I have to save the project again and exceed the file name. When I open the file from explorer, the program opens without the message that it has been closed incorrectly. Apparently the problem is not in the program but in the files. For some reason, the program no longer reads the existing files as it should. How can this be solved?

When I import a WMV file into it, WMM 2.6 changes the 'portrait aspect' of the video to a 'landscape aspect' rendering the video file useless.

How can this unwanted change be prevented? 

If the change of aspect can't be prevented, then what changes can I make to the original file so when WMM 2.6 effects the imported file the result will be a useful video file?

Whenever I refresh the Email Data with "Ctrl+F5"(Desktop) or "Pull Down"(Mobile), it usually takes a lot of time to load/refresh the data/items in the Email.

Kindly resolve this problem.
