I have recently joined university and my youtube account details have been lost due to my university using google mail. I need to be able to access my email on outlook to help reset my youtube password however I have not had to use the email address (for my youtube account) in about a year. I cannot remember the password for my email account and have filed a few automated response forms to no avail. Is there anyone I can talk to directly in order to get my account back so I can reset my youtube details?
