I have been trying to recover my hotmail account, and have been sent to the "recover password" link more times than i care to count, every time it gives me the questionaire and i get it filled out, no problems, then i submit it... aaaaaand i get the "we're sorry but it seems password recovery is down for maintinence" message for the past three days, i have to get an email from there for work, i have had this e-mail for YEARS and suddenly "oops you cant access your account" this is rediculious. and when i called customer support they sent me back to the SAME LINK THAT I TOLD THEM WAS NOT WORKING. Please someone give me some help or give me a person to talk to instead of an automated jacked up system.
