Ok. So this is ridiculous. I'm trying to reset my password to an old account that is no longer active. The reason it matters is because it is linked to my xbox live account. I recently transferred everything to a new harddrive and now I can't log in. I filled out the reset password form and no one gotten back to me and it's been seven days since then. I made the account 8-10 years ago and i filled out the form as best as I could but i don't remember a lot of the information it was asking for. My email I use now is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. the email i was trying to reset the password for is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. could someone please email me and help me figure this out. I really don't want to make a new xbox live account. I can verify that this is me I just don't want to post it to everyone online to see.
