This is my fourth attempt at requesting you guys to assist me with my problem. I am about ready to give up but I really need your help.
I have been unable to access my live account for a few days now. I am trying to reset my password and have so far been unsuccessful. I have tried more than 10 times to reset my password but every time I click on the password reset link that has been emailed
to my alternative email address, I am given an error (attached).
I have tried this in multiple browsers, on multiple computers. I have tried clearing the cache and I have also tried in the private browser, nothing works!
I need you guys to somehow manually reset the password for me, or get your team to fix this glitch which seems to be affecting other users.
Please help!
