I have a user who is using Outlook 2011.
His email account was changed from one domain to another, and then changed back.
The user still has access to his emails from the server, but the emails from the On My Mac section of Outlook 2011 are missing.
Other technicians have tried restoring identities from both the trash and the standard location of Identities.
The user did not have TimeMachine configured.

I have yet to try any recovery solutions, but I was wondering where I should look to find any identities that may have been removed due to the initial removal of the previous account?
