THIS IS SECOND TIME IN LESS THAN A MONTH THAT I WAS NOT ABLE TO LOGGING MY OUTLOOK MAIL ID, WHICH FORTUNATE I RECENTLY STARTED LIKING IT.
MY PASSWORD WAS NOT CHANGED NEITHER COMPROMSED NOR FORGOTTEN, AS I AM ADMINISTRATOR. IT WAS IN CAPS ON.  
DOES UPPER CASE PASSWORD CAUSE A PROBLEM IN MICROSOFT MAIL SERVICE? THOUGH IT DOESN'T WITH GMAIL/YAHOO.

SECONDLY WHY I AM NOT ALLOWED TO USE MY FAVOURITE PASSWORD WHEN I RESET IT AGAIN USING EITHER SMALL CASE OR UPPER ONE.
THIS IS STUPIDITY AS NO OTHER MAIL PROVIDER DOES SO I.E. GMAIL/YAHOO. 
WHY DON'T YOU GOOD THINGS FROM YOUR COMPETITOR AND IMPROVE YOUR MAIL SERVICE.
I WANT TO RE USE MY OLD PASSWORD OR I'LL CLOSE ALL THE MICROSOFT ACCOUNTS WHICH I HAVE STARTED LIKING/USING IT RECENTLY.
