Hi,
I've been having a lot of issues trying to purchase stuff on Microsoft Store. It started after I pre-ordered the Xbox One back in late August. I tried pre-ordering Battlefield 4 on 9/3, but it gave me an error saying to close my browser and try again. I tried this across IE and Firefox multiple times, but to no avail.

When I called a store and asked if they could order for me, they said they encountered an error saying "Contact your financial institution." Furthermore, when I try to edit or add another completely different credit card, I get another error:

We can't authorize the payment method. Please make sure the information is correct, or use another payment method. If you continue to get this message, please contact your financial institution.

I have contacted them, and they said that Visa approved the $0.00 pre-order each time. However, I received no confirmation from Microsoft or any indication that it went through. I can, actually, buy songs from Xbox Music still with no problem.

At the moment, I don't have the money to cover my Xbox One pre-order. I wouldn't think that would not allow me to add another credit card, but I can't either way. I tried making a new account and adding the original credit card, but that did not work. It did, however, accept the second credit card. For some strange reason, it still won't let me buy anything on the other account.

I've been in contact with a lot of people, but no one seems to know what to do. Help would be GREATLY appreciated. If I could get this fixed before November, that'd be awesome.
