In Mail, I've put in 4 different signatures and I like to pick different ones for different recipient. I have the option of choosing one as the "default."When I mark one to the defult, it wont' stick. The next email I send has a different signature attached.  Frustrating! I've re-done this a number of times and it just won't "stick."
