I ran a program to clean up my PC and when I opened Outlook again, the screen/display was all messed up.  My usual inbox emails were showing on the screen, but the top half of the screen was covered by another box containing a list of "View All" options on the left and "Arrange by" options on the right.  After about 30 seconds, all of that drops down to the bottom of the screen and the top half turns blue with some icons off to the left (a + in a circle, a dialogue box, and a gear.  Right below that is a box with the heading "Reading Pane" followed below by options such as "off," "right," "bottom.  Below that box appears additional options: "available," "invisible," "edit Profile".  How do I get this stuff to not show, so I can see my inbox?  Thanks
