I have tried to set up a Microsoft account on my new Nokia Lumia phone in order to download apps etc.  in setting up I must have made some mistake as it does not work properly and asks me to get my parents permission!  As I am 36 years old, this seems excessive protection!   How can I reset the original account or set up a new account which the phone will accept and not consistently refer me back to this protection issue.  Thanks.
