I have been trying to reset my ps3 password for a while now, every time I select reset password it says email sent, I have done this many times and I still haven't received an email from SONY.  My account for my ps3 has my Hotmail email and with this switch to outlook I am wondering what the issue here is, I even tried adding a couple of contacts the SONY help contacts told me to.  I did so and still haven't gotten anything from them.  How can I go about receiving these emails? I have also not received emails from other contacts, this is pretty bad.
