I am having trouble unblocked my account *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. I had entered in the password incorrectly once yesterday evening, after which it had asked me for it again in addition to verification of the letters in the box. This happened multiple  times and finally it was blocked and required verification. I filled out the verification form and was emailed a password reset. Upon reseting the password, it  did not work when signing in. I also tried another route of simply requesting a password reset. Again when I reset it, it also did not work when signing in. It only contributed to the problem I think and now I have exceeded my number of verification requests for the day.

 

I would like to know if someone is looking into this or if I have to wait another 24 hours for the account to be looked at again. I am putting in the right information everytime and I dont understand why this is happening.
