I received this e-mail before the 16th so the tense is wrong in the sentence which makes me wonder if this is not a real MSFT e-mail. But, I guess that could be the mail server used was in an earlier time zone than me.
Anyway, I have scoured the forum to see if anyone else has received a cancellation notice for something that they never paid for or if anyone can point me to a phone number or chat option so I can talk to a real person to make sure there are no issues
with my account.
