I had setup my child as a local account with Family Safety using my Microsoft account. I have since deleted my childs local account from my computer and closed my Microsoft Account after realizing I already had one through Xbox Live. The problem I am having
is that I am receiving Family Safety reports to my e-mail address (I gave my now closed account), from a user that has been deleted. I thought when a person closes their Microsoft Account, all the information is deleted, at least that is what the message states.
Help, please.
