I am using Windows Live Mail with Win 10 Professional.  I was composing an email and attached a picture which I then wanted to remove. Windows Mail hung up on this action and I had to force a close and restart. When I restarted all my folders were gone and there were recovered folders listed ,  I need to get my folders back VERY urgently. All my mail rules also have a Red X as the target folder cant be found,  how do I fix this it is very very urgent for my work.
