I was having a problem signing into my Hotmail and found out that Microsoft froze my account due to some unusual activity on it. I called answerdesk at microsoft and they charged me $256.00 to fix the problem. (It was going back to my old email address that I haven't used for quite sometime(a shaw address). They didn;t fix the problem so I took my computer to the computer store and they removed all the viruses and cleaned up the computer but I am still having problems getting into my Hotmail. I have filled in the form 3 times, that is provided,  giving them all kinds of information but they still wont unlock my account so that I can get into my Hotmail. My address is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. I hope I am explaining this right. I opened a new outlook account under *** Email address is removed for privacy *** as a back up. and I also have a gmail account as another back up. Please help me retrieve my old Hotmail account as I have all my contacts and general info on there. Please contact me.
