Hi,

I have an old @hotmail.com address that is the only way to regain access to another (not microsoft) account.

However, when I'm trying to login, it says 'This account does not exist' (and I think it could be over a year since I last used it)
But then, when I'm trying to make a new account with it, it says: 'This email address is already being used by someone else'. (so maybe it isn't a year?)

Anyone has any ideas how to retrieve this email address?
