For more than a year, I have been receiving a scheme email claiming from hotmail support team to ask me provide my personal information online, otherwise my account will be terminated. I have tried to inform hotmail for many time without any results. I wonder if Microsoft is really becoming an out of dated company and can not dealing with this kind of fundamental customer service request.
