We have mixed OS environment in our organization. When I assign a task with docx/xlsx/pptx/pdf attachment file from Outlook 2010 on windows PC to MAC users PC, it received as .ics file attachment. The user is not able to view the original docx/xlsx/pdf file attachment in outlook tasks for mac 2011. It is keep on opening the new mail with the same subjected .ics attachment. Please provide suggestion/solution to open the docx/xlsx/pdf file attachment in outlook task for mac 2011.
