I inherited the maintenance of a business email account with 3 IDs already set up. I just added a 4th ID, but get the following error:

An incorrect password was entered.
The next time you send or receive messages, you'll be asked to enter your user name and password for this account.

I based the configuration settings (General, Servers, Security, Advanced) on the properties of the other 3 IDs. I 'believe' they are all correct, given the fact that I have looked at them / compared them a dozen times. Note - the password entered is unique to this one (new) ID.
Any ideas on how to get past this? Any help appreciated!
