From today, i cannot access my hotmail account through Outlook 2010, 2013 and Windows Live Mail. I get the below sync error in windows live mail, can someone help me resolve this issue. I dont have issues in accessing through explorer

Unable to send or receive messages for the Hotmail (ka.rajesh) account.
