I am trying to login to my Skydrive account and I cannot. When I enter my username and password at login.live.com, I get "Sign-in is blocked" on the screen. It also says:
I have tried the password reset questionnaire by following the "Reset your passord" link, but I didn't receive a response. The option for texting to my phone won't work for me because an outdated phone number has been stored on my account. I can't remember any security question either.
I need to access the valuable info I have stored on my Skydrive and you folks are my last resort! The microsoft account in question is *** Email address is removed for privacy *** I am using a colleague's Microsoft account to be able to even post on this forum.
